End User License Agreement (EULA)

"By downloading the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, You agree to be bound by these terms. Blazimo is solely responsible for the Application, not Apple or Google."

1. The Application

Blazimo is a rideshare platform customized for Apple and Android mobile devices. It connects riders with drivers to travel from point A to point B at the push of a button. Note: The Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.).

2. Scope of License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the Application on supported devices. You may not share, sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the Application without Blazimo’s written consent.

5. Use of Data

Licensor’s use of your personal data is governed by Blazimo’s Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing the policy to understand our data practices.

6 & 7. Contributions

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of your messages, photos, and feedback submitted to the platform.

Usage License

You grant Blazimo a royalty-free license to use and display content for platform operations.

8. Liability

Blazimo's liability is limited to gross negligence. We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications.

9. Warranty

Defects must be reported within 90 days. We may repair or replace services, with refunds following App Store policies.

16. Applicable Law
